We undertake one-off project work for an agreed in advance fee. This service is more suited to the smaller SME or start-up business. So if you want a strategy written to:

Option 2 - Platinum Package

This package suits the business owner who wants to move quickly but doesn’t have the time to dedicate to implementing marketing strategies to grow their business:

• We agree a small monthly retainer based on the agreed action plan and strategies that are to be rolled out over a given period (after we have completed the Business Growth Assessment)
• In addition we agree a % bonus payable based on the increased sales & profits that we deliver for the business over the agreed period
• The combination of the above 2 elements are adjusted to suit the funds, action plan and ambitions of the business. For example:
  A larger business may be more comfortable paying a higher monthly fee and a lower % bonus
  A smaller business is usually more comfortable paying a smaller monthly fee and a higher % bonus

This way our services are completely affordable to any business serious about growing their sales and profits.

Option 3 – Business Growth Coach

We provide all the services detailed under the Platinum Package, but the client does all the work!

This is ideal for the business owner who wants to have a more hands on approach to their marketing. We provide the tools, strategies, expertise, documentation and support to coach the owner through the business growth strategies identified. We meet twice a month during the early stages and once a month or as necessary thereafter. We also provide a full critique service for every strategy that the client implements.

So you can be confident that everything you do will be just as effective had we devised and implemented the strategy for you.
